Things that I did this Friday night instead of going on a date:
- Chased my Dog Through the Neighborhood After Work, Making Me Late to Meet Up with Friends
- Met 2 Cool New Girl Friends to Hang Out With (and most women know how hard it is to even meet one new girl friend you actually like, so meeting 2 is a gold mine. and of course, they're 2 more to add to my long list of friends that are beautiful with their crap together and single.)
- Ran up a $150 Bill on Appetizers and Several Glasses of Red Wine at the Lobster Bar and Didn't Pay a Dime (gotta love vendor gifts!)
- Played a Round of "Confessions" (must have been the wine) and Had a Great Laugh
- Started Planning a Trip to Greece with Above Said 2 New Friends (can you just imagine the stories we'll come back with?)
- Enjoyed Making Meaningless "Flirty" Eyes at Guy Across the Bar.
- Home by 11pm
- Unloaded Everything Out of My Kitchen Cabinets (one of my coworkers is coming over in the morning to cut new cabinet shelves for me)
- Ran a Load of Dishes Through the Dishwasher
- Read Blogsites I'm Addicted To
- Attempted to Add Links to my Blogsite Unsuccessfully (thanks for trying, David)
- Jotted Down This Utterly Compelling Post
- Had a Really Great Time (that's the bottom line. really. it is.)
