Something happened to me in my sleep last night, and this morning I woke up as a monster.
When I looked in the mirror, the left half of the white of my left eye was all bright red. I guess I had somehow burst a blood vessel in my eye during the night. I look horribly gross by my standards. Obviously, I’m wearing my glasses, so at least I look like an intelligent monster! Looks like no contacts for at least a few days to a week. I called the doctor and he said it is common, and there’s nothing you can do but just wait for the red to go away. Fun. Maybe Frankenstein will come strolling by and want to take me for a witches' brew somewhere.
